Our treatment space is located at 888 NW Hill St. Suite 4. We are by appointment only (no walk in's). Please discuss ahead of time if you need to bring a companion.

Self-pay Pricing

(Note: Prices are higher than listed for genital area clearing and will be discussed at initial consultation)

• 15 minutes $ 40

• 30 minutes $ 60

• 45 minutes $ 80

• 60 minutes $ 110

All new clients must complete a health questionnaire and have a free initial consultation. I prefer to book your consultation and treatment time together. To schedule, contact me in whichever way you're most comfortable, via call, text, or email.

I will review your medical history and evaluate your skin and hair type to help you better understand the time involved in getting your desired results. We will go over any questions you may have. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Payment types accepted: Cash, check, debit, and credit cards.

Have OHP insurance?

We'll need to do some up-front preauthorization work before we can schedule you. Please call, email or text to discuss.

Cancellation Policy

I'd appreciate you call me 48 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel. If you are running late or need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, please text me at 541-728-3736

No Call/No Show Policy

If you miss/cancel your prescheduled appointments, I will require prepayment to schedule future sessions.
